"The Lodge" Selected by The Society of Illustrators
My illustration "The Lodge", created in collaboration with Antoine Revoy for 'Haunted Houses (Are You Scared Yet?)', was selected by the Society of Illustrators in the Book category of its 53rd annual competition.The illustration will be published in the society's 53rd Annual Book and the original will be presented at the Museum of American Illustration in its Book and Editorial Exhibit which will run from January 26 to February 19, 2011. The opening will be held on Friday, February 4, 2011.

Artist Talk at Boston College
I will be making a presentation at the What's New in Children's Books? conference held at Boston College. This annual half-day autumn workshop highlights the season's best new literary releases. This year's event also features Francisco Stork, Pat Keogh, Gail Hedges and Masterpiece author Elise Broach! The conference includes an exhibit of new books and a book sale and signing.
